Small Group Training (3-6 shooters)
Focused small groups. Dynamic, Decisive, Capable.
Service Description
Small group training (3-6 shooters) with KOR gives your group structured reps, intentional pressure, and coaching that’s built around what they actually need—not a generic, one-size-fits-all course. Each block is tailored to the group’s experience level, goals, and operational reality, whether that’s duty use, competition, or personal defense. We keep class sizes small so every student gets reps that matter, clear standards, and immediate feedback they can use to improve on the next repetition. Before training starts, we work with you to define what “better” looks like for your group: more robust marksmanship fundamentals, cleaner team communication, more efficient movement, or stronger decision-making under stress. From there, we build a focused progression that fits your constraints—range availability, time, and any policy or qualification requirements you have to meet. The result is a training block that feels relevant, practical, and directly tied to how your people actually operate. For clients who want more than a single event, we offer small-group packages built as a four or 8 week progression, one session per week. This structure allows shooters to learn, apply, and reinforce skills over time instead of trying to absorb everything in one day. Each week builds on the last, giving students a clear path: introduce skills, pressure-test them, refine performance, and validate that those gains hold up under realistic conditions. Whether you’re developing a new group of shooters or sharpening an established team, KOR’s small group training gives you a flexible framework to build capability that lasts.
